Let's build a better world of work Together
At Leadrbuilt, we aspire to build great (not perfect!) leaders that bring out the full potential of people, teams, and businesses.
Meriya Dyble
Founder & CEO
Meriya believes that together leaders can build a better world of work. A world where people and businesses thrive. She founded Leadrbuilt to make that belief come true.
Meriya is committed to her community and gives back by being a mentor for HR Alberta, as well as a Board Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary and Area. When she is not co-creating leadership systems, you can often find her at her cabin with her family, or planning her next travel adventure.
Carolina Pelaez
Director of Learning Strategy
Grounded in the belief that we lead from who we are, Carolina sees leadership as a lifelong practice of expanding our inner capacity to meet complexity with curiosity, empathy, and perspective. She is passionate about creating learning spaces that invite dialogue, reflection, and connection, supporting people to develop more nuanced ways of making sense of our rapidly changing world. In her free time, she enjoys walking with her dog, spending time in nature, and learning how to paint.
Tyson Leaf
Creative Director
Carolyn Richardson
Collaborator, Change & Learning Strategist
Carolyn believes that great workplaces are built when leaders weave change management, continuous improvement, and human-centred learning into every decision. A former corporate learning executive turned consultant, she has spent 20+ years coaching physicians, executives, and growth-stage teams to translate strategy into daily habits that spark engagement and results. Carolyn founded Paradigm Change Solutions where she designs transformation systems that help people—and the businesses they power—thrive. When she’s not guiding culture shifts, you’ll likely find her mentoring women leaders, perfecting her short game on the golf course, or planning her next “work-from-anywhere” adventure.
Our core Values.
We don’t need to sacrifice results for people or people for results. In a better world of work we prioritize both.
